With more than twenty years of business experience, Julie Kenny is an articulate and passionate communicator, and is the creative lead for Garnet Training & Consultancy.
Garnet Training and Consultancy was established in January 2019 and provides Training Delivery and Human Resource Consultancy Services in three key areas.

02. Communication Skills Programs & Executive Coaching
Julie has a passion for Communication Skills and has created programs that can be delivered off the shelf or made bespoke.
As an executive coach, Julie is supportive and encouraging. She helps those she works with to understand what areas they want to develop and what steps they can take in that direction.
She provides those she coaches with insight and practical steps for real and permanent change.
03. Writing & Competency Design
Growing up, Julie’s mother always told her “No learning is ever wasted”.
For this reason, Julie has been writing Business Articles from the learning she has done. She explores topics she finds interesting, and uses her articles as a medium to express that learning.
She helps develop leadership competencies for companies to grow their leaderships teams’ strengths through her expertise in competency design.

Julie Kenny is the Creative Lead for Garnet Training and Consultancy. With more than twenty years of business experience Julie is an articulate and passionate communicator. This passion is what drew her to Executive Training specializing in Communication and Leadership skills development.
Julie is passionate about helping everyone to be better at all types of communication and as such help them to become a better leader/manager. She has experience in a wide range of program delivery from Presentations Skills, Coaching as well as 360 Leadership Development.
Julie enjoys working with different people and meeting them where their needs are greatest. In a classroom she is energetic and supportive. She can adjust her delivery on the move and can take peoples real life examples and help them apply those to the concepts being taught..
